♡ General Terms Of Service ♡
♡ Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Artwork may not be used for profit unless otherwise stated. There will be additional fees for commercial rights.♡ Pieduckie Studio owns all rights to the work. Putting any work into any AI engine is prohibited.♡ Pieduckie Studio has the right to post any work on social media and add any work in portfolio unless requested otherwise, you can request for work to be to posted at a later date.♡ Prices are likely to change based on additional details and complexity of the commission.♡ I have every right to decline and cancel work for any reason. A reason will be given at the point the work has been declined or cancelled.♡ Each type of work will take a different amount of time to complete, please be patient. You can keep track of your commission through the work queue on the website homepage.♡ Communication will be as open as possible with updates, all updates on work will have a visable watermark and may be a lower resolution.♡ Completed work and files will only be sent once the full payment is made.♡ Revision amounts are different depending on the type of service, there will be additional charges for additional revisions.♡ Work should not be sold without permission from Pieduckie Studio.♡ Reposting and sharing work is allowed, but please give credit at @PieduckieStudio.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS WORK ALLOWED TO BE TRACED, COPIED, OR REFERENCED.
♡ Payments and Refunds ♡
♡ Payments should be made before any services are started, some services may allow a downpayment, half payment or installments.♡ Payment methods can depend on the services used, the main methods will be Vgen and Kofi.♡ There may also be an additional fee to cover any deductions made by processing and payment fees.♡ You will not recieve the completed work fully without watermark until full payment is made.♡ Once the work has started there will be NO REFUNDS. Refunds would only occur if the work cannot be fullfilled by Pieduckie Studio.
♡ Adoptables and Designs ♡
♡ Characters created/designed by Pieduckie Studio should be paid in full, if there is a failure to pay the design may be reclaimed and resold.♡ Adoptables will not include commercial rights. Pieduckie Studio retains all legal rights to designs unless otherwise stated. There will be additional fees for commercial rights or it will be included in the tier.♡ There will be tiers to an adoptable designs, once the tier has been cofirmed and payment has been made there will be no switches to other tiers if the work has already been started.♡ You may not resell the adopted design for more than what you paid for it unless it comes with extra art you commissioned. You cannot sell free work.♡ If an adoptable is turned into a Vtuber Model, the artwork must not be used to create it, this includes tracing or cutting the artwork for rigging. The Vtuber Model must be recreated. (For commercial approved use only)♡ Gifting adoptables to someone else through giveaways is allowed.♡ You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.♡ Adjustments on adoptables will be available to an extent, please enquire.
